Abstract:

Unsupported molybdenum (Mo) micro/nanoparticle size range catalysts, herein referred to as ultradispersed
(UD) catalysts, have been synthesized from the decomposition of water soluble
precursor salts dissolved within a water-in-oil emulsion. The effect of decomposition temperature
on particle size was studied in both a horizontal reactor and vertical reactor configuration.
